Wow, how to answer this one.
First off abortions or sin had anything to do with the hurricanes. That's weather for you, and if someone having an abortion or sinning can effect the weather like that, then we're all going to die from a natural disaster very very soon.
As far as America pushing God out of our homes and schools..well what you believe may not be what the next person believes, so who has the right to push their beliefs on the next person. God (or lack of of God being with us as you say)has nothing to do with the trouble that America is in, or gets into..unless you want to say that the free will we were all given is the reason.

Are you for real? Are you telling me that because a lot of people have seemed to push God away, that He is punishing us by hurricanes and other natural disasters? Are you saying that because of abortion and "sin," that God is punishing us? This type of thinking was a commonplace in the Medieval ages. Their knowledge didn't extend so far--so they based it on superstition. You, are, I assume, even moderately educated. Furthermore, you're a product of this age. I don't think that if someone you know had an abortion, then that would result in a major tsunami 3,000 miles away. Even you couldn't be that stupid.

I agree, knowing God gives you a generous heart, all the good things that you've learned of God is good. God doesn't lead you to evil, we lead ourselves to it. Katrina was a natural disaster, mother nature was at the helm of that one. The people of America have allowed their government to shove God out of schools, as to your home that is a matter of choice no government would dictate to me whether I should believe in God or not, that is every persons individual decision.

If you are saying that god is punishing america for its current actions, yet it endorsed all of our past actions this would place your god firmly on the side of slavery, dening women rights, taking land from the indians via murder. If the god you worship didn't punish us then but did now, you can keep him out of my home and the schools

It's not America but it's the stupid infidels and atheists doing that. Those fools would do anything to sway the government that it's a violate of their right.
