He says he loves me(we have a lil girl together) but his heart is not in to the relationship so were not together right now. But he acts like were together he asks me to stay the night, hugs and kisses me, and calls me all the time. Im really confused what does he want from me?

You should tell him either you are together or your not and if you're not, end all 'girlfriend like' behavior. Just deal with him as it relates to seeing your child. Sounds like he wants his freedom to see other people and still have you hanging around when he's in the mood to see you.

It means he wants to have his cake and eat it too. You are allowing him to have all of the attributes of being in a relationship with you - spending the night, kissing, hugging and basically blocking you from meeting anyone new - he is taking advantage of the fact that he knows you still want to be with him.
You should decide if this is something that you are comfortable with - or leave him alone.

He's already gotton it. Sex without love. His heart is not into it and hugging you and wanting you to spend the night proves he still wants sex with no responsibility. You have a little child you should be thinking of. Don't give this person another chance to leave you holding the bag with two children while he hits the hills and moves onto somebody else.

He's irresponsible and doesn't want to take care of the child. He's immature and can't deal with. I would suggest you move on. Make sure he PAYS child support. Someday he'll grow up MAYBE. All guys say they love you. It's what guys say, honey I love you, honey I love you. Now give me some. How long were you together? Go see an attorney for advise. The initial visit is free.

To me he is saying he doesnt want to be in a relationship (tied down) but he wants to make sure you dont date anyone else and that he will always have a bootie call at his reach.
Sweetie- tell him you are not waiting around on him. If he loves you he would try and work it out with you TOGETHER.

Sorry to break it to you but it sounds like you are his booty call and you say yes so that makes you easy...(not trying to be mean) You need to take and stand and be strong and tell him no!!
His "heart" is not in it cause I am guessing he is young and is not done playing the field. The only communication he should be having with you is when it has to do with the baby and he is asking how she is and would like to spend time with her.

He is not "inlove" with you. and that's not good for a relationship. don't have anymore children until you married first of all. And secondly you need to start preparing to be on your own and start researching on how to get your child support when you two break up. Face Reality.

He wants you to be available to him when he wants you, but he also wants to have the freedom to pursue other women. It's as clear as day. And please do yourself a favor, limit your contact with him and don't fall for this crap. You will only get hurt.
If he really wanted you, he'd be WITH you and sharing a life with you. But he's not. What you are to him right now is a reliable "booty call".

He sounds young. But what he means is that he is out looking for someone else and not into you 100%. It sounds like he only wants to be friends with benefits. Sorry but that is what it means.

If his heart is not in it then he doesn't love you. He wants to have his cake and eat it too, get rid of him... he is using you and the fact that you share a child.
