Try:

Kingdom Hearts 2
Guitar Hero 1 and 2
Mister Mosquito
Okami
Katamari series
The Godfather
Ratchet and Clank series
Family Guy

Those games were pretty good I heard. You HAVE TO PLAY GUITAR HERO. I played that and it was awesome.

My boyfriend and I just rented Family Guy. It is alot of shooting but it is alot like Simpsons. It has crude humor and may not be suitable for little kids (if you have little siblings). You should go to gamefly.com. They have a membership (like Netflix) where you can rent games (for many games systems). You should consider signing up and you can view the games and add them to your queue. They will then ship to you (if you are a member). Also under each game description, you can find cheats and codes and other stuff depending on the game. You can also go to FAQs and click on a walkthrough through the entire game. You can go there if you ever get stuck.

Canis Canem Edit, Gun, and Shadow of the Colossus, which is possibly the most fantastic game I've ever completed. Currently I'm enjoying horse riding games, I don't know why but they really appeal to me. And I agree with another contributor about Silent Hill, very scary too!

Splinter Cell games are great, you rarely do shooting, you can go through whole game knocking people out or just leaving them alone. Don't get caught though, they are very challenging, especially the first one. Xenosaga series is great, Final Fantasy series, X-Men Legends 1 and 2. Katamari Damacy series. All I can think of now.

Any Simpsons games (they are all fairly similair), Super Monkey Ball. Kingdom hearts 2. Any of the games you suggested but different consoles.I have a better idea - get a games magazine. I don't know what console you play so I'd recomend GamesMaster.
