It's probably reappearing from System Restore. Go to Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore & turn it off.

Then reboot into Safe Mode by rebooting and repeatedly tap F8 while it's doing that. When you eventually get into Safe Mode it'll say so in each corner of the screen. Now run your adware software from there, when done reboot in the normal way & don't forget to turn Restore on again. You also might like to try Ad-Aware SE Personal and Spybot S&D, both free and very good.
