These two companies are totally different. Bed, Bath & Beyond sells linens, bedding, and other stuff you would need to decorate your home. Bath & Body Works sells lotions, body spray, body wash and other stuff to help nourish skin while making you smell good.
Also, the size of a typical store for each is different. A Bed, Bath & Beyond is one of those huge stores either standing by itself or in a shopping center. A Bath & Body Works store is a little bit smaller and tends to be found in a mall.

Bed Bath and Beyond offers things such as bedding, towels kitchen stuff including electronics and so forth. A lot of "hip" home supplies. I've actually been to a huge one that also offered toilettries too.
Bath and Body Works is more derived on scents and makeup. They offer candles (white barn and realessence), Spa treatments, Oils, Lotions, Soaps, Shampoos, Conditioners, Face cleansers/moisturizers/scrubs/, Tons of makeup which is really popular these days.

Bath and Body Works sells lotions and girly-type cream stuff that smells like flowers and makes their skin soft. Bed Bath and Beyond sells Towels, Sheets, and kitchen gadgets.

no it is not the same bath and body works is where u buy stuff like lotion cleanser lotion hand sanitizer, etc. and bed bath and beyond is kinda like a store but smaller.

there totaly diffrent bath and body works is sprays lotion and ect. the other one has like everything like house stuff towels bed stuff ect....lol

BB&B is for linens and bedroom/bathroom furniture and accessories. B&BW is for bath and beauty products, like lotions, candles, and body wash.
