In a dynamic equilibrium there is no NET change. So, if you're looking at vapour pressure of a liquid at a set temperature, the total pressure stays constant. However, there are molecules of vapor which are constantly becoming liquid, and molecules of liquid which are constantly becoming vapor.

A dynamic equilibrium has no NET change, but there is a continuous change in the individual molecules.
