A banana does not have enough calories to worry about, and it is an excellent food! A banana a day keeps the doctor away! Same goes for an apple, so snack away!

Dont worry abut the banana, you need to worry about fast foods, sugars, fats. everything like that. fruit and vegis are something you should be eating. Dont cut thoes out.
