We used to be really good friends, and then after a new worker came along she just stopped talking to me alltogether... she only comes around when she wants too... what should I do????

Must be something you said or did ... or she just found she has more in common with the new kid on the block. Move on and find others that have the same interests as you and don't be so dependent on one person.

Sounds to me like she really wasn't as good of a friend as you thought. Be direct and ask her about your concerns but she may not know what friendship is really about. Find a true friend.
