Is this webbased email (Http ) or is it pop3 email.
You can talk to your ISP. sometimes even when you delete web based email there is still a copy o the mail in a hidden folder on the server that you cant see that they can restore.
But its not there for more than a day at most, IF you ISP even implements that type of feature.
Its most likely gone for good but its worth a shot.

It's usually pretty hard to delete it entirely, it has to be somewhere unless you emptied your trash/deleted items AND recycle bin.
If it's not in the recycle bin or try deleted items in your email program itself then you are out of luck. But, look in ALL of your email folders and consult the help on the email program itself. I am not sure what program you were using for email, sounds like a web-based one. Good luck! Sorry about that!

I think you've permanently deleted your messages, change your settings so your messages go to trash and not get automatically deleted when you delete them from your inbox
