FOXnews says he died 12/16/2001. Why wasn't this on national news? What does this mean about the bin Laden video tapes and audio tapes we were shown post-9/11? Why hasn't Bush admitted that Osama has been dead since 2001, something that could actually be called a victory in this War on Terror?

FOX news said a foreign news paper, said that one guy they won't name, said that he died. After that he made some videos. maybe that one guy who said the thing to the other guy was making it up.
If Bush came out and said Osama was dead. Seriously people we heard it 3rd hand from and unnamed unreliable source. He would be dumb.
It is like those urban legends that your friends cousins, roommates, Friends sister saw. I mean really.
If you took the time to read the article you would see fox news makes no claim he is dead they just say some other paper talked to some guy who says he is dead. Do you know how many people you can find who say they saw Elvis or heck an elf for that matter it does not make them a credible source.

Fox is republican Bias!! Show me the DNA! If he has actually has been dead since 2001, then when his video tape, which came out in October of 04, must have been a hoax!!!

He has been dying for years. I cannot believe that he died and the current administration did not capitalize on it in some way. Or perhaps it has something to do with the relationship between the Bush and Bin Laden families, and not wishing to loose their "Goldstien" or desecrate the remains of a family friend that has served them well.

I know Fox news does their research before they report something and my wife and I watch Fox all the time. I'm not sure if they reported for a certainty that Osama was dead. No one knows for sure if he is alive or dead. Even if he was dead I'm sure his people would not make that known. He could be dead and buried by now and we might never find out unless they find a body and confirm it by DNA.

They really do not know for sure. That's the popular media for you. There is really no concrete proof that he is either alive or dead. You must consider the source here. FOX news is kinda like the National Enquirer of the TV news world.

If this were true, it would not surprise me in the least. In fact, if it is true the GOP will probably roll out a fake corpse sometime in the late summer or early fall of 08 and claim its Osama. That would work wonders for the election eh?

Fox doesn't know what they're talking about. He's alive and well, aljazeera shows him all the time, so does CNN. FOX News is just trying to get more people to watch their news.

my friend told me that they captured him in 2001 but i am not sure if he died in 2001 in have to go with 50/50
