I've been wondering the exact same thing. I even e-mailed them about it last night. It's ticking me off. I play the Word Roundup every day also and that one has been updated. They have the description of the Daily Games as "a new game, every single day". So I don't know what's up with the Daily Jigsaw.
I just got an e-mail back in response to my e-mail to them asking about this. Here's what it said:
Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Games. We are currently investigating this issue. We would like to assure that we are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you again for contacting Yahoo! Customer Care.

HEY...guess what I found? Another site that has the same daily jigsaws that Yahoo does...and theirs are updated since January 1. Here is the site: http://www.playtonium.com/game.php?game=daily-jigsaw
