im in 50th day from last period.did first response hpt.but it failed?
does any one get +ve result in lab even it fails in hpt.help....

how long are your cycles? That would help a lot to know HOW late you are.
You can be recently late for your period and get a better result on blood work than urine. The HCG hormone often shows in the blood before urine.
However, if this is the 50th day of a normally 28 day cycle with no period, then you are not pregnant, you're skipping. It would be pretty much impossible to be nearly 8 weeks pregnant without ANY test results showing at all. The baby simply wouldnt be growing properly. Its not impossible, but its unlikely.
Try you OB or PCP for some blood work.

Home pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate, so you can get a negative result when you are actually pregnant. This is especilly true if you are testing early on in the pregnancy. If you are testing early use the first urine of the day. Otherwise i would suggest you see your GP. They could arrange a blood test which will give the correct result.

if your hpt failed, i think you should just go for blood test. If you have insurance, it should be covered.
