Yes you will have to get a divorce, but there should be any problem with this unless childern under 16 are invol; and they are yours. It will end up being what is termed as a quickie

Assuming you were married in England you need a divorce. If you have no children that are not now over 16 or 18 (not sure which age that is) that will be a very easy thing. In fact if you have been separated for that period I believe you do not even need to involve your spouse. In any case if you do it will be straight forward if you have lived apart for over two years.

Why on earth haven't you applied for a divorce already? You must be legally divorced before you can remarry or it'll be bigamy.

you are still married!! regardless of separation time you are still legally married to your first wife. You need a divorce. ask a lawyer about this.
