If you truly want to look "older" since you are probably very young, lets start with ditch the black eyeliner under your eyes. Use a soft brown or grey pencil, and smudge it. The black mascara is fine, unless you have extremely pale blond hair, then a brown or brown/black. Do NOT use any glitter products whatsoever. Use a colored lip gloss that is not overly shiny - you don't want too wet of a look. No matter what you choose, look in the mirror carefully in natural light. If it looks like you have a ton of makeup on your face - it shows that you don't know what you are doing and people will assume you are either very young or totally blind. Blend, Blend, Blend. And use a sunscreen or a foundation with sunscreen every single day, and then when you are my age you can thank me that you don't have any premature wrinkles or spots. Also, attitude goes a long way. Don't be too giggly. Maturity speaks volumes over actual physical age :) I hope this helps you. Good Luck!

Play up your eyes or your lips, but never both at the same time. Make sure you always wear mascara at the very least & a swipe of gloss. If you want to go dramatic, try a deep red lipstick, but don't make up your eyes too much. A swipe of mascara will do you. And try putting it on your top lashes only. Makeup will help 'age' you.
Use a damp eyeliner brush and a dark shadow, not black (Brown or mauve would be good). Then use a lighter shade on your lid.
Experiemnt with darker and more 'mature' colours (e.g. browns and greys) and may be a bit of lip liner on occasions...
But don't try and look too old or you'll end up looking stupid.
Good luck!

How old are you and how old are we talking? I can tell you that eyeliner under the eyes does not make you look older, and usually does more to hurt your appearance then help it. It will bring more attention to the eyes, but thats not always a good thing. If not properly applied, eyeliner under the eye gives a harsh, and often times trashy appearance. Ive seen so many beautiful girls ruin their look this way.
I realize thats not what you asked. You want to look older. Just a classic basic make-up regime will automatically make you look a little older, because it highlights all the best features of your face.
The trick is finding the best colors and products for your face, which isnt always easy.
Start by looking in a mirror. Pick out what you think is your best feature on your face. This is the feature you want to focus on, the rest will just compliment this feature.
For ex. if your best feature is your eyes, a nice eye popping but not gawdy colour will really bring out the best in them. Green eyes look great with a suttle purple shadow.
if youd like more advice send me a picture, Id be glad to help you pick out which features you should focus on :)
Just remember make-up isnt meant to change the way you look only enhance it. Dont try to age yourself too fast.

okay...if you have brown eyes you need to stay away from that black eyeliner and mascara, seriously are you gothic or something?
if you have brown eyes you should be using brown or purple eyeliner and brown mascara...
also dont use purple eyeshadow...are you trying to look like a clown or something???
blend your eyeliner on your top eyelid with a light brown eyeshadow and a little darker brown blended in the bottom..then use that same darker brown along the bone of your eyesocket and blend that with the lighter brown...
get yourself a makeup book from the bookstore to learn how to properly apply your makeup, get some good quality make up brushes and a sheer foundation...
get the book though...it will help, you sound like you leave the house looking like a clown!

you could decrease your water to very little and wait for the wrinkles to start coming on your face. lol thats a joke. Don't really do that. You could dress in womens clothes rather than teen girl clothes. If I could only see what you look like, i could for sure tell you what everything needs to be done by you. Everybody looks different. So different changes are for different people.

#1 never use eyeliner or mascara on the bottoms of your eyes.
the trick to make up is looking like you are not wearing any. Stick to warm hues, and little brown on the cheeks. find the right soft hues and it will bring forth all your beauty and givea mature, sophisticated look. Piling on the make up will make you look like a teeny bopper who stole her mom's make up..

im 18 and i look like im 14 or 15. so i would understand why you would try to look more mature or just your age. if your around my age just mainly follow the advice on teen magazines. or google make up tricks. its easy to find. but if your older stay like that. just wear natural make up which consits of ground-like colors and natural colors. and enjoy looking young :)
