correctly you are asking for a college in West Los Angeles right?
West Los Angeles college is right there (although techinally its in Culver city) but its nice commuity college..
I have gone to it..nice campus..
(this colleges is operated by the Los Angeles commuity college
district (they also operated LACC,LA trade tech, LA Valley
East Los Angeles etc

For a college, I would say Santa Monica College. For a university I would say UCLA or Pepperdine.
