that's pretty ballsy assuming he is in heaven right now... how do you know he wasn't instantly reincarnted? or he's burning in hell? or... that there is no afterlife at all... and he's just non-existent anymore... or he's in limbo, suffering! how silly your question is.

I know I'm going to make a lot of people angry when I say this, but James Brown was not a nice person. He was a wife beater. He was on a drug-induced police chase, and the cops had to shoot out his tires to get him to stop. Then, after getting out of prison, he was detained again for beating his wife AGAIN (this time it was a different wife).
Maybe I missed something. Is it okay to beat a woman nowadays? Or is it just okay because he was a big celebrity?
