If your hair is thinning see your regular doc so he can check for things like thyriod disorders etc. If you do not already take a mulitvitamin then you need to start with one that is well absorbed by the body as well as a good antioxidant supplement to help boost your immune system. See your doc though to find out what is going on.

an easyer way (and cheaper) walmart or walgreens or whatever
buy some shampoo for that and over the counter vitamins it only costs about $15 in all if you go to the doctor its expensive and does the same so what ever you want
