This is cliche, but I love Sonnet 18 by Shakespeare...also, pretty much anything by Robert Frost is awesome...
But my true favorite is one my grandpa wrote about life and being a writer-I never met him, but received a copy of it after he died, and it's just...beautifully awesome. I'm a bit of a writer as well, so it just sort felt like he wrote it for me...even though he couldn't apparently remember I existed when he died.
