Okay we check and the #1and #4 is miss firing. Change the coil pack. Still nothing. Changed 1 and 4 fuel injectors. Still no spark. from 1 or 4. Any ideas.

4 real to tell u the truth my friend had a 01 focus it did the same thing than he bought another01 it did it 6 months l8ter now he has an newer modeli think 05 it does not give him any problems and he has had it for like 8 months or more!!! get a newer model!!!

if you have no spark look to the ignition coil, the distributor
then possibly the computer. is your check engine light on?

Sounds like a timing issue to me!

it is the fuel pump there is a recall on it i have a 2001 also
