I am organizing a dance competition and would like major companies to sponsor the event. I want to be able to cover all aspects of promotions without actually coming out of pocket.

By showing them how it would benefit thier business by more than what it would take to sponsor your social gathering.

Put together a booklet with the names of the dancers and put the sponsors ads on the booklet in return for money to sponsor.

the merely good few organizations i have worked for did not have a Christmas party....i did not thoughts those I went to yet I definitly see your element. The very last organization I worked for had a potluck for the period of organization hours and we'd want to sit round for an hour or so eating and chatting....and then the boss might want to frequently enable us go away the workplace early. when we left artwork various human beings might want to bypass to a bar and characteristic a social hour and some beverages yet no human being felt compelled to bypass. some human beings in no way did and no human being cared both way. wish you success in this one....workplace politics are a *****.

I suggest you talk with these companies owners and tell them whats in it for them.
