Cincinnati (completing a 5-0 for the Big East) 7-10 pts.
Southern Mississippi 14-20 pts.
Ohio State 3-7 pts.

I am not familiar with Cincinatti, Western Michigan or Ohio, but I am pretty familiar with the other three. A few years ago Southern Mississippi shocked the football world with a 77-0 routing of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Ohio State hasn't really proved anything but Florida won a very legitimate game against the LSU Tigers. But for the sake of answering I will say Western Michigan, Southern Mississippi and Florida will be the winners.
