I'm curious. I had one of the first, and wore one all the time for at least ten years when I lived in NYC. Back in the suburbs we all listen to our car radios. And now the iPod seems to have taken over.

Do they even sell them anymore? Just curious.

I still prefer Walkmans, just the ones with the radio on them are enough for me!!

I think you can still find them in Radio Shack!!!

i went to a christmas party and the kids there was so happy that i got a cd player from someone else. some people dont even know what a ipod is

It is true,the walkman got beat down by the IPOD.

I'm sure some people still do although me and my kids switched to Ipods..
But as for if they sell them i'm sure they still do but rarely..

BTW i still have my old one wanna buy it :)

yes people still us walk mans but some find an ipod more nicer
