whats the difference between these words and how would you put them in a sentence

Theorem is a statement that applies in mathematics or logic that can be proved to be true by reasoning.
Theory is a formal idea intended to explain something (any field in general)

Both theorem and theory are nouns. =)

Not sure , but i guess that a Theory is a well developed idea, while a theorem is like a small theory, u can use a theorem to support a theory.

Theory - Einstein's Theory of Relativity

Theorem - used largely in mathematics.. Phythagorean Theorem..

Theories are more comprehensive . Theorems tends to be succinct..
