I got a letter in the mail a while ago, but didn't fill it out or send it in, is it too late to be part of the settlement? I didn't realize what was really going on and didn't realize that I could have been part of the suit based on why it happened. I guess it was because they where charging too much for the refund anticipation loans, which I recieved 4 years in a row from them. Any help would be much appreciated.

It may be too late. You would need to find that letter.

Keep in mind that the only people who ever make money in a class action suit are the lawyers.

In one suit that Block settled a while ago, the members of the class each got a free copy of TaxCut software and a coupon for future services and the lawyers got a few million dollars.
