I'm trying to find a movie I watched years and years ago. I don't remember much about it at all. I just know it was a kid or kids who somehow find a magic place where you get a few coins and you can try out a new family. Something like they get 3 coins and only 3 chances to find the right family. It is like a magic market to buy a family. There are all types of different people like clowns and outdoorsmen. Does this ring a bell for anyone. Please HELP!

I remember that movie. It was three kids and they were looking for a new mom in a market. I can;t remember the name of the moview though.
