how can i cancel all my account on yahoo?

Uninstall everything. Or, on the login page there's there's a link to finding lost passwords. Follow it until you find a customer service link. Then just request deletion and they'll oblige in a day or two.

I don't think you can, but if you don't use it for 3 mths it automatically gets shut down.
