What kind of spells? Really, the best thing to do is to go to your local library and so some research on the whole idea behind witchcraft, magick, spellwork, etc. Know what you doing and why. Remember the "Law of Three" - what you do and say will come back to you threefold. That means your intent on spellwork also.
There are plenty of sites on the internet that will give you "free spells", there are plenty of books you can get from the library and contain spells, but most "real" witches will tell you the best, most effective spells are ones you write yourself.

What do you mean spells? There is no such things as spells, witchcraft, wizardry, or spellbooks as far as I'm concerned.
