I hate these expressions:

"Own your sheeyit." Like, what is that supposed to mean?

"Get a life." How freakin' arrogant is that?

"Been there, done that." What a stupid dismissive expression.

"It's the bomb." (other variants include, "you're... he's... she's... the bomb"). Where did this expression come from. When I was much younger, we used it to refer to very high quality marijuana (e.g., That weed is the bomb!)

Please. That commercial is sooo old and Budweiser is a nasty, nasty beer anyway.

Words like Shizzle, Nizzle, Dizzle or any other "izzle" word.
Speak English. I can't understand you.

"That's hot."
Paris Hilton didn't sound cute, cool or intelligent when she said it. You don't either. Stop. Just stop.

Offender #4
"Just keepin' it real"
Let's keep it imaginary and pretend you didn't just say that.

lol, lmao, roflamo and other internet acroynyms and their twisted, deformed children such as lollerskates, roflcopter, and lmaonade, particularly when someone uses them when having a LIVE, face to face conversation with me.
It's bad enough to use them in chat or on a forum, but you REALLY need to spend some time away from the computer when you start using them in real life.

Sorry if I've offended anyone, but that's my two cents.

i've got lived faraway from my homestead city of Bristol considering the fact that 02 July 1963, yet my husband nonetheless curls up whilst i exploit Bristoleze words and expressions For an entire record, seek for suggestion from a sprint e book stated as "Eurekal! Son of Bristle" which says "Bristle is the only city in Britain to be waiting to instruct concepts into ideals, factors into aerials and Monicas into monocles" i'd upload Veronicas into Vroniculs and Alicias into Aleesuls. we've not purely our very own unique dialect, yet vocabulary, too, including Plimsole is a "dap", a graze is a "scrage" and Bren Jam is a nicely-liked foodstuff merchandise. Snow does not settle in Bristle, it "pitches" And the widespread deliver in the dry docks is the S.S. Grape Written.

If I see one more person use the word Uber I'm gonna slap them! (They think it makes them sound so cool!)

For all the "Uber-Users" out there it's über not uber so don't forget the dots. If you have to use it, get it right. Also, learn what it means! Half of them don't even know what that word is and they use it anyway!

I hate "it's the bomb." People saying "word to your mother," is lame. "Getting jiggy with it," is also dumb -- especially because often people use it to describe sex, and it's not, it means making money.

I hate the expression, people of color, especially since it denotes that whites are empty. Ironically they do not want to be called colored people.
