Which email service offers "mail alert" feature when receiver views it?

..........please tell me a recognized email service provider, which lets the sender know, through an email alert, when the receiver opens the mail...

I use Yahoo Mail Plus along with outlook, but when sending mail to someone that doesnt, it cannot guarantee that the read reciept will be sent back.
