lol, I think I do. I was once on the phone for an hour and ended up hanging up without talking to anyone!!

I ordered a car cool unit via a tv ad. OMG!!! I must have pushed stupid automated option buttons for 13 min before I could complete the order! I would have just hung up but i already entered my credit card number, they kept trying to add other "promos" on. The last time I do that!!!
