If you have served your time, no. I don't think you can be made ineligible for food stamps because of a drug conviction.

Personally I think you should. You can afford drugs but not food???
Quit living off of us who pay for the stamps. Be sure and get a real job!!!

I don't think you can be disqualified for being convicted unless you go to jail. Also, if you give false information you can be disqualified.

No but drug dealers should be. They should also be kicked out of government housing.

In KY my son has a marijuana charge which is a misdemenor not a felony and he receives them on him and his son. They did not even ask that question on the application.
