Jemarcus Russell, hes got the best size and is the most durable, plus that man has absolutely rediculous arm strength and at least the acuracy of the others if not better. Even for a big guy hes not slow, i was just overall amazed at his performance last night, and Ive heard from others that was the kind of play hes been putting up all year long.

Brady Quinn is a choke artist, and overrated by the ND hype machine

I personally have nothing again Troy Smith and Chris Leak, I think they will have great sucess in the NFL maybe not at QB but they are great athletes and proven winners. I just think Russell is bigger and better thats all.

Good point Ice. It seems like all of the female football fans or ND fans seem to think that Brady Quinn can do no wrong. The fact or the matter is he's just not as good as advertised. He's never won a big game at ND, ever. Only teams he's ever put numbers up against are Army, Navy, Air Force, and probably the Coast Guard if they field a team.

There's something to be said for playing well against big competition, which Troy Smith, JaMarcus Russell and Chris Leak have all done. Chris Leak isn't all that good either, unfortunately for him. I see him like I see all Florida QBs; he's a system QB and won't do well in the NFL. Troy Smith is an enigma. I see him probably being a solid backup for many years to come, much like Seneca Wallace in Seattle. Maybe in 4-5 years he will be ready to be a starter in the NFL. JaMarcus Russell is the real deal and is ready to contribute right away in the NFL. As everyone will see in the NFL combine, his measurables and attributes will be off the charts. It is a matter of if how quickly he will grasp the NFL game and what system he is put into.

I would draft JaMarcus Russell myself. Brady Quinn can succeed in the NFL, but not with the Lions or Raiders. He needs to be put into a situation like Green Bay where there is a good Front office in place, but that's not going to happen.

Brady Quinn is going to have his problems. His QB rating is 40 points less against top 20 teams and last night was just another example. He has a lot of problems with a rush and tends to throw the ball up for grabs when he's rushed. I'm not a fan of his at all. He's now 0-4 in bowl games as well.

Leak is probably not the best QB on their team. I think he's a low pick. Russell is intriguing; again he is very raw; he looked foolish and blew the Florida game with his poor passing and turnovers, and he also stunk against Auburn.

He's not much of a runner either even though he's big.

Brian Brohm is the guy a lot of people in the NFL are talking about quietly. HE's from a pro style offense and in Petrino's offense he has to check off a lot and call audibles. He's also very smart and picks things up well. If it was me I'd pick Brohm but as with most drafts, there are a lot of mistakes done by fans and teams because they usually only see the big games or one bowl game.

The NFL combines are ruining the draft; 9 of 26 QB's taken in the NFL draft in the first round from 1991-2003 have ever made impacts on their teams. That's not a very good avg.

I would take Brohm or Russell, Brohm if I had my choice. Troy Smith is also intriguing; he's had a great career and the only reason he's not though of well is that he's only 6 feet tall.

It's funny how all of the young girls take Brady Quinn. No this isnt' a cute contest this is about being a QB.

havent seen enough of them to make a real desion. the one guy i have see a lot of is Quinn. most overated QB i have ever seen. Quinn needs to hand over his "school records" to Samargia, cause without Jeff, Brady isnt anything. Samargia will go up and get the overthrown ball. Quinn will be the biggest bust of the draft and i would avoid him like killer bees.

a million. Rod MArinelli 2. Rod Marinelli 3. Rod Marinelli 4. Rod Marinelli 5. Rod Marinelli and all of us on the Lion's practise crew. he's so undesirable, he might want to get fired 5 cases.

Brady Quinn....i think he has somehting in him, but he just needs expeirience and time to light his fire. in the LSU game, the announcers were saying how he had only threw 6 interceptions all season out of like 185 pass attempts. this is and amazing feat to accomplish....think about it, jay cutler throws like 5 per game....lol. yeah, brady quinn
