A girl at my school has something big time over me and the two of us tease each other a lot. I guess I made one two many comments about her makeup and she warned me that I was going to regret it. I guess she decided that she's going to teach me exactly goes into putting on makeup. She left a message ony my voicemail that I was to go buy lipstick, blush, foundation, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, press on nails, and nail polish this afternoon and not to get dollar store stuff. I'm going to go along with this for a couple or reasons, but I don't want to bankrupt myself. I noticed she didn't tell me colors so I'm not even going to concern myself with that. What is the cheapest way/ place to buy these things? Is there like a starter kit of some kind I could get?

Rimmel and Bonne Bell are cheap brands, as well as Wet N Wild. You can get these at a reguler drugstore or somewhere like Walmart. BTW, your friend is a freakin genius!

look what you got yourself into ... depends on the person ... i know of people who can make posner look like MAC ... ok the foundation and tha mascara you have to buy from the department store ... the other stuff you can get 'over the counter' i personally think eye shadow is eyeshadow and nail polish is nail polish ... if you want to impress her buy the foundation mascara and lip gloss from MAC or somewhere ... and the other stuff do over the counter .. this will be an impressive mix for her ... but it will MOS DEF COST you!

Well for colors get her nice neutral ones don't go with to fierce such as hot pink or dark blue (unless she adores those colors) if she dosn't get her light browns and cream. To get cheap makeup but good quality go to Wal-MArt it is the best. I warn you not to go to shoppers drug mart because it is a big rip-off!! Also Zellers is a good idea. What would be cheaper for you is to bye a combo meaning everything is in it rather than bying all the product separately. Hope that helped. And best of luck!!!!

I would agree with Wal*Mart. They have some makeup there that is cheap but not "dollar store". I know the brand N.Y.C. costs less. Target carries that too. Or you can just go to the dollar store and get name brand crap and say you got it some where else. I know some dollar stores carry name brand.

You can sometimes buy packages, but also, Walmart generally has pretty cheap stuff. She might classify some of it as "dollar store" though.
