I have never heard of this before but i have heard the same things that make your hair grow make your nails grow. Try taking a folic acid vitamin it worked for me, making my nails stronger thus growing longer, and gave my hair that extra something it needed too.

I've never heard that, but I did hear that if you lightly tap your nails on a hard surface each day, it generates something under the nail bed and helps them grow. I don't think it works, but that's what I've heard. I suppose it doesn't hurt to try!

I don't know about garlic, but shea butter does. They sell it for about $ .99 for a small jar at Walgreens.

nope it is a myth, if you wonna to get your nails ,try balanced the diet , have biotin daily , apply any multivitamins cream on your nails before sleeping

no. try gelatin. you can either soak you nails in gelatin or eat more jello.
