The sentence that a certain business "reserves the right to refuse service" to anyone comes from the "Civil Rights Act of 1964". The law was initially made to prohibit the general public's discrimination against a person based on race, religion, sex, etc... You can still refuse service to anyone you want to provided that your reason to do so does NOT base on any of the mentioned forms. In addition, if you own a business, it's always best to be fair (or try to be nice even if the customers are a$sh*les sometimes) because the laws are more protective on the consumer side. You can find out more on this particular issue with the link below.

that differs by states and cities. I have not seen a sign saying that "we reserve the right to sell or serve" in a while but there must still be something to it because restaurants and bars can still have someone removed from their places. Private clubs have the right to refuse anyone because they are not public places. I don't know the code numbers on this for your area.

Th constitution the part about your right of having private possesions if your talking about things not people. If you have a bussines or store and that is what are your saying you need to post a poster with the words "We reserve the rights of admitions". andthen you need to write examples": No bare foot, need T shirt, no short leaves for men, no food or drink, no children with out parents guidance, no students in school hours, bags (big )must be leave at the counter service. Merchandise from another store leave at the counter. No children little cars (those for babies)etc..

There is no such law. You cannot discriminate against someone because of their race, religion, national origin, etc... So, if you refuse to sell to them for one of those protected reasons, you are SOL. If they cause a ruckus or are drunk, then those are legitimate reasons not to serve.
There is just never a law that "states that sentence." Even if there were, it would be open to judicial interpretation. Save the laws for the lawyers.

You do not have that right.
You do have the right to bar access to people from your private premises for certain reasons, ie. children without parents, no shirt no shoes no service. You must post these conditions clearly near the entrance.
You do not have any right to discriminate against race, sex, sexual preference....and I am sure it is a matter of time with respect to the age thing too.
If you serve alcohol, you do have the right to refuse alcohol to people who are intoxicated, but you have no right to not serve them food, in fact you may get in trouble for not doing so. (One that gets me is that you cannot refuse to serve a pregnant woman alcohol!!!!)

It's not an actual law per se. It's a fundamental property right. They usually refer to property rights as a "bundle of rights." Like a bunch of sticks in a roll, with each stick representing some property right. One of those is the right to exclude.

Not sure what the law # is, but I know you have to post it for it to be enforced.
Just put a sign on your wall and call the cops. When they see it posted they will take away anyone who refuses to leave your premises for service denial.

You don't have that right.
If you had that right, you'd be able to refuse to sell to people based on their race,
Trust me, try that and you'll be arrested.
