i just bought an i pod and wanted to download all my music from my windows media player onto the i tune library
onec i installed the itune software it automatically added my music files to the i tune system but i dont seem to be able to download it to my i pod it also does not show album information or art work .
any idea

↓ Ensure that you have the latest verison of I Tunes
↓ Ensure you have the latest version of Media Player
↓ Ensure all the music is in MP3 format
↓ If you are using a old pc the USB connection may be to slow
We had a simular problem and the first two sorted it out.
