It never hurts to be over prepared. I know I had my bags packed at about 30 weeks, but my braxton hicks were really bad and I kept getting scared and heading up to the er. worst case go get some cheap travel size things like deodorant etc and throw in some cloths you dont where much and just keep them in the car, then you will be ready and wont need the things you packed. fyi I had a c-section and had to wear hospital gown and hospital panties all 4 days of my stay so for me packing cloths and panties was useless, I left the hospital in what I arrived in.
Good Luck and congrats on the new addition to your family.

I packed my bag as I got the stuff I was taking to the hospital. That way all I had to do was grab it and go when the time came. I also kept my camera and camcorder bags right next to the hospital bag, unless I was using them. That way they were not forgotten either. I worry about everthing, and I am very organized. I also had everything bought for my babies by the time I was 4 months along, except for a few outfits and bed set. I waited for that till I found out what I was having. Then I would have all that bought within the month. I was always aggravating people, because I always had everything before my showers. I was always just worried I would not have enough time to get it all, and I am a mom of 4. I say it is never to early to start and keep anything else(cameras, camcorder, ect) close to the bag and in sight, or you may run off and forget them. Good Luck

Yes, I think it's a good idea to pack now just to be ready. My sister waited and waited then her doctor put her on strict bed rest cause of high blood presure and she couldn't even pack her own bag some else had to pabk it for her and she didn't get everything she needed. Congreadulations and be prepared!

I had my bags packed early with my first child and lucky I did cause I didn't even know I was in labour and that i was dilating I was at the doctor for a check up and she sent me to the hospital just for them to look me over and she told me I wouldn't be in there long well I went to the hopsital to find out that my water was leaking, they then had to induce me, i ended up having my baby 7 hours later, so you should pack just in case something unexpected happens or the baby just decides they had enough of being inside you and wants to say hi early!!! Congrats

pack it now and put it near the door. I won't hurt. With my son though i was so worried about my bag and when we got to the hospital i never even needed it till well after my son was born, my point is that as long as you have a list of what you need, if you forget to pack it or run out of time then your hubby or mom can put it together for you.

Pack your bag whenever you feel ready to. I didnt do mine until right before my due date although i did my list and had things ready to pack a few weeks before that. There is nothing wrong with being well prepared. Good luck xx

I packed my bags at 33 weeks & then put them in my car at 36 weeks & put the carseat in at 37 weeks when the doctor told me I started to dilate. Now I am all packed and ready to go, but the baby isn't quite ready to get his little butt out yet. I am hoping within the next week he will come out in the world. Good luck to you, it wont be too much longer now!!

I packed my bag about a month ahead of time. If you are having Braxton Hix, I'd pack it now, just in case.

I on no account have been given the prospect to %. the luggage earlier my little boy got here alongside. He joined 7 weeks early via marvel. the comparable day I checked into the well being center, i grew to become into itemizing each and every of the failings i wanted to be sure I had- thinking I had some weeks to get them waiting. So it seems no longer something grew to become into prepared. My son's father went homestead to objective and grab some issues for me, yet you knohow that is going. the attempt grew to become into there, yet i did no longer understand the place this grew to become into and he coudln't locate it...etc. So besides some PJ pants and a toothbrush, and a few video clips, i did no longer have plenty that i wanted. And ya understand what, it grew to become into ok. i grew to become into too drained to care and to wrapped up in merely having my little boy. So i'm going to go away you with this- %. a bag early merely in case. yet don't be irritating approximately what's in it. because of the fact no rely what you %., you will %. issues you do no longer choose and you;ll overlook something you wanted. and you will no longer shield better than a minute.
