ok my husband and I believe we had done it right this time.. my main question is: my boobs have been hurting and feel to be really heavy, and actually fuller ( if you understand what I mean), I have been feeling full all the time like I just ate a big meal but didn't. And feeling very tired lately like I need to sleep more but I know I have gotten enough sleep. I'm supposed to start my period on Saturday, no real signs yet ( not normal), I'm going to head to the doctors next week but just want a few suggestions . Thank you

Some signs are: tender breasts, the rings around your nipples get darker, may only spot bleed a little, having to pee all the time, fatigue, nausea and/or vomiting, increased sensitivity to odors, a bloated feeling, and of course the most common missed period.

Sounds like you might be pregnant. I would wait until Saturday to take a test though. You might consider buying a 2 pack test kit because sometimes testing too early can cause a false negative result. If you do get a negative, wait 2 days and retest. The hcg hormone your body produces when your pregnant doubles every 2-3 days, so an extra couple of days can make all the difference in test results.

Also, if you haven't started taking prenatal vitamins, do so now. Folic acid is so important in early fetal development - especially this time before you even know you're pregnant. Your doc will most likely give you samples, but you can either buy some OTC prenatal vitamins until you see the doc, or you can eat foods rich in folic acid (orange juice, oatmeal, spinach - you can search the web for more examples).

Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy & baby.

Signs of pregnancy are often similar to those which you get towards the beginning of your menstration period, the only really good sign of being pregnant is to take a blood test and find out that way, blood tests are the no fail way to go because sometimes home pregnancy tests don't detect the pregnancy hormone in your urine, and some women just have low hcg levels in their pregnancy, it sounds like it could happen, but just be be sure ask for a blood test from your doctor, good luck and congratulations in advance if you are, good luck again :)

Sounds like you may be. You should be at least what. . .13 DPO. . . some HPT's are good to try before your missed period. You have many signs that happen by now.

Good luck and Baby dust**
