Very correct. People on here refer to Iraq and the soldiers we've lost there as being terror attacks on American soil for some stupid reason. The war in Iraq is keeping terrorists preoccupied from being able to plan attacks here. There have been several that tried, but failed, and I'm sure there are hundreds more that we don't know about that failed as well. I'm all for keeping the terrorists financially strained abroad so they can finance something as tragic as 9/11. Good job to Bush and the National security administration.

Why would Islamic radicals come to America when all they have to do is go to Iraq to kill a bunch of Americans. I f we are any safer today than on 9/11 that is why. If we are any safer now what was the cost. I support our soldiers but I do not support this war or our president

Being that 9/11 was the first "terror attack" on US soil since Pearl Harbor, I'm not so sure I want to simply credit Dubya, and not place the emphasis more on the job that our intelligence community has done both prior, and since. Most Americans will admit that his actions and behavior right after the attack were appropriate, just, and necessary.
The problem wasn't ever with that at all. We had global support for our efforts in Afghanistan. It was the US invasion of Iraq that put it all out of whack for most of us. There wasn't a shred of evidence that there were WMDs in Iraq when we went in, and since, too many American lives have been lost for a lie.

I think he did OK after 9/11. I think he's had the toughest issues in his presidency since Roosevelt. So anybody would take some harsh criticism. Many criticize the Patiot Act by saying it takes away civil liberties. But it has been effective and hasn't taken anything away by any law abiding citizens. So it's kind of a trade off of some freedoms vs security. Invading Iraq wasn't the best decision but getting Saddam and his sons out of power wasn't a bad idea. People complain about 3000 Americans death but it could end up saving a heck of a lot more down the road. So he's doing somethings right, his PR needs work.

I can. If Bush gave every one of us a 50% pay raise, free health care, free food, a free car in every garage, and a tax=free check for $2000 every month, hand-delivered to our doors, there would still be some who would complain.

are you considering the 3000 US soldiers died in Iraq as non-humans and Bush has no responsibility for their deaths . I must say your question is a non-starter , no-brainer.

Yes he has done that OK. Or is it that the terrorists are just waiting for Iran to complete their nuclear weapons program.

No. It has just been luck as far as I am concerned. Remember Bush is close friends with the Saudi royal family and the Bin Laden family (whom he let fly out of the US after 9/11 so they would not be "persecuted") This is the same President who wanted to hand major Ports over to a Dubai based company, what better way to allow terrorists into our country? It was only the outcry of Americans that prevented it.

Hey, wait. Pat Robertson, one of George's best friends, had a conversation with God. We are due another attack. Must be out of our control and in the hands of God. I really curious if God talked to George about this also. And if so, why he did not tell them where and how to prevent this terrorist attack.

~He's creating terror in the Middle East, because they don't want us there! Why can't republicans get that?
What is he doing right? He still hasn't even found the one responsible for causing the 9/11 attack! Osama Bin Laden.
He's just turning attention to Saddam Hussein instead and people are going along with it. To do otherwise would make them and the president wrong!~
