how do i find old emails that were deleted from a email address?

I am trying to find old emails with pics to find what was talked about. any help would be apreciated.

Unless they're in a deleted items folder somewhere they are gone.

Unfortunately I think that once they are gone out of the deleted itmems folder then they are gone. Could try the recycle bin but I'm pretty sure that outlook and other email files generally don't go in there. I do know there are programs on the market (got to a Harvey Norman Copmuter & Electrical type store) that do recover all the deleted stuff of your computer but still not sure if it applies to emails.
If it's an email that you have replied to or forwarded on then a copy will most likely still be in you sent items folder, if it was something sent to you then best bet is to ask the sender to re-send if possible. It all depends on your email settings though - mine deletes all the stuff from deleted items folder every time I shut outlook down.

That depends on what e-mail client you're using. Most of the time, messages aren't immediately deleted. They go to a "deleted items" folder first, from which they can easily be recovered by simply click/dragging them back to your inbox. If you've already emptied the deleted items folder, then they're gone for good.
