why I suffer so much?

Many have told you the correct answer. It is not your life that has a problem - it is your focus. Focus on only what you desire. Put every negative thought out of your mind and replace it with a positive one. Whatever you focus on increases. Find something - anything - no matter how small - and feel grateful for that one thing. Focus on it, be happy it is in your life. You will see that more to be grateful for will appear.

Greater perspective will also help. Much suffering is in our own minds. I am reminded of the quote "I wept because I had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet."

What do you want with your life. Are you so attached to things that you think will make you happy only to find that when you get them you are no happier than before. You have to stop thinking that something outside of yourself will make you happy. No drugs, booze, sex, material possessions will make you happy. True happiness come from learning to enjoy the trip of your life. The meaning that we give to our life is not the destination but the road we are on. Even tragedy, the death of people we love can be seen as part of the journey, learning how to love and let go, support those around us and take the tough lessons life throws at us, and making them part of what makes us stronger and better, happier people. Write me sometime and we can chat.

it's best to not take things personally, and to not feel sorry for yourself. life on earth is a constant "path of initiation". we're here to learn, become wise, and share with others what we have experienced and learned. it's often no treat, but it all works out if you stay "positive" and just keep moving along. check out the book: *the complete idiot's guide to toltec wisdom* and the site http://www.sahajayoga.com they'll give you the info and support you will find beneficial now. good luck! ;-)

think of things in a more positive way, rather than negative. look at the good things you have in your life and appreciate them. don't EVER compare your self to others, but to your self, or to who use to be a year or so ago. Get out more often, and enjoy the little things in life.

You focus on negatives rather than positives. Switch that order to make everything right.
