I always liked the star one just because it was really different from all the others and really hard to do on high speeds!! That whole game is awesome though!

I love the rainbow path lvl, there is a huge short cut u can take to cut off half the lvl, just hop off the side during the first steep downhill.

It's gotta be Bowser Castle with the THWOMPS smashing you into a pancake.
