This is a sign that something is wrong, it could be your medication if you are taking birth control or a more serious problem. I would go to your doctor ASAP or your OBGYN if you have one. If you are unable to afford an OBGYN I would head over the planned parenthood a free clinic who may be able to help you.

It could be a number of things. Either way you still need to go to the doctor. Typically your period is not supposed to last more than 7 days.
A year ago, my period lasted more then a month. I understand what you are going through. Always tired, feeling very week. Etc. It's hard enough to handle it for 3-4 days much less 3-4 weeks.
I was actually diagnosed with dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Be careful! Make sure you go to your Dr ASAP! If it starts to get worse, get plenty of rest and try not to be too active. I know when I did a lot of physical stuff my bleeding would get worse. Drink plenty of fluids, increase your iron and Vitamin C intake. It will help!
Furthermore.. do not stress about it, it doesn't help I promise! Sometimes it can make it worse, or can even be the cause! Just relax and only worry if you have a reason. :) Good Luck!

I did that...! I was on the Depro Vera birth control shot.. ! Could be your medicine or could be something wrong. Go see a doctor.

Depending on your age...if in your 40's-50's it could be menopause.

Is it your period? You need to get to the doctor. You may have fibroid tumors (not so bad) or hemorrhaging (very bad).
