In January 1980 the Los Angeles Rams played in the Super Bowl that was held at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, but they played their regular season games at the Memorial Coliseum.
In January 1985 the San Francisco 49ers played in the Super Bowl that was held at Stanford Stadium, close to their home at Candlestick Park.
Nobody has played at "home", but those are the closest.

As mentioned, no one has played in their home stadiums and given how the NFL chooses the sites, they never will (five of the six teams that have never been to the Super Bowl have hosted the game - Arizona, Detroit, Houston, Jacksonville, and New Orleans; only Cleveland has never hosted the game).

Never at the team's own stadium. It will continue that way as long as the NFL only plays in certain cities.
