I was in yoga last night doing the warrier pose. I felt good and it's been 8 months since my arthroscopic surgery. Suddenly, I had this hot sensation on the left side of my kneecap that was not very pleasant. Anyone know what that is? Is that indicative of more tearing?

Might be bad...check with your surgeon and avoid activities(poses) that cause this response in your body. Hopefully just an isolated incident but be conservative unless,or until, that is confirmed. Good Luck!
