ive got a credit check it shows who i owe to but not the amounts i owe

I would get a credit check, that should have all your past and present accounts/debts. Check on line for resources.

Yes, unless you kept records of who you owed money to, a credit check will do the trick.

Your credit reports should state the balance of the account. If not you need to utilize a toll free number to get the information.

Don't your creditors send you statements?

Or can't you you get the balances at their web sites?
