Is a golfball sized scrotum normal at 21? I'm just curious where I stand in development, ahead, behind, normal?. With each testicle the size of a large grape or marble. Thanks very much

You are wrong when you ask about your development stage!
In fact, at 21 your sexual development already is finished.
At 21 the height growth already is ended even!
Usually the first to start during the puberty (12-13 y/o) is the sexual development and it will end among 16-18 y/o with the the sexual organs (penis, testicles, etc.) to be the first ones to grow and change. I think your testicles has been so from long even.
While there's no important meaning and average size about the scrotum size, the testicles even have a specific measuring tool doctors use during visit. I think that IF for "large grape" you meant one of 1.56 - 2 in., then it will be in the average!

Off the cuff - if your scrotum including your testicles is the size of a golf ball and your testicles are each the size of a grape, I would definitely rate them as smaller than average.

As for development, it is a pretty safe bet that at 21, puberty is done with you and you probably won't be doing much more growing.

However, even though you are smaller than the average guy, it is nothing unusual. There are guys who are small and others who are big and the rest of us are just average. As long as it all works as intended, size isn;t important anyway.

Oh, and if you are worried there might be a physiological/medical cause feel free to see your doctor, strip off and ask for him to do a really thorough checkup on you - from head to toe. It may be that there is a condition that can be treated that might result in some additional growth. But don't expect a miracle. Unless there is a treatable medical problem, the doctor will just tell you things are working well and they are fineeven if they are not quite as big as other guys.

The size of a walnut? are you kidding? No way they should be that size unless you have some type of infection. There is no normal size, it depends on the temp, mood, etc. The size of an almond is average.
