I dont know of any in specific but www.alibaba.com is a website that has 1000's of Chinese manufacturers listed, you can run a search in it for example just search pm3 player and they will give you contact details of Chinese mp3 player manufacturers. This is only handy if you order in bulk though! You could still try!
