I never ever have a period since I started on the pill. I take a pregnancy test every month, just in case, but so far have not gotten pregnant. So you can definitely miss and not be pregnant, but if she's worried have her take a test.

Yes it is possible. Remember, no method of contraception is yet 100% effective. I was on the pill when I became pregnant withmy second child. I wasn't sick, had no upset stomach and took the pill at the exact same time every day. The doctor said a possible explanation is that some people can't take any contraceptives with hormones in them as their body can metabolize it too quickly. Advise her to get a test so she will know one way or the other.

On my pill I stopped having periods almost completely. I'd occasionally have a really light 2-day long one. But mostly nothing. So it is possible that that pill just does that to her. But she should get a test just in case because sometimes the pills fail and you can get pregnant.

Missing a period on the pill is perfectly normal. If she thinks she pregnant have her take a test.

It depends what pill she is taking, some of them give a low dose hormone in what some would be sugar pills, that could be the reason for no period, but she should definatly take a test to make sure.

if she's taking them properly she can't get pregnant, but if she's deviated from her schedule even once she could be pregnant. Most likely she's stressing herself into thinking she is and thereby delaying her period a couple days. If she still hasn't got it after a week, she should get a pregnancy test
