Enjoy it. Don't worry about it. Shaved and waxed pubic areas are in style. Do not believe the others about testosterone levels and hair growth. Has nothing to do with how much of a person you are. Now after all that I will give you an answer that will fit the attitude of the majority of the other answerer's because it is the answer I got from my doctor about the same problem. Don't worry about it. Some day you will wake up to find that you are a man.

Qestion--are you able to function sexually--i.e can you get it up, is it normal size, can you ejaculate? If so, you may not have a problem, while most guys do have pubic hair, some have very little, and very little other body hair either. If you can function sexually and otherwise appear to have full size genitals, it may just be a genetic issue with no hair growth.
If you never actually entered puberty, that's another issue, you'd have very tiny genitals, and not have grown much overall. At your age, though, it may be too late to see an endocrinologist to do anything about it.

The answer is in the hormones. Even in the womb, a male fetus contains small amounts of the "male" hormone—testosterone.

There are some natural supplements and teas that you can use to aid your testosterone output. Try natural remedies before synthetic, chemical prescripts from a doctor.
If you are otherwise healthy and don't have any other issues with your penis and it's uses...then don't worry about it. Who needs hair? Lots of people shave it off cuz they don't like it.

You may lack testosterone, you can have your doctor supply you with this. It is the male hormone responsible for pubic hair growth.
